1. The Guest Promise
We invite you to view, share, and purchase our creations for personal use. We ask that you respect our intellectual property—our prints, our stories, and our imagery—as you would respect the art in a gallery.
2. The Standard of Quality
We stand by our "Cotton Covenant." If a product does not meet the standards of breathability and craftsmanship we promised, we honor our return policy. However, we define quality on our terms: authentic 100% cotton, which may have natural texture variations.
SECTION 8 - USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
The "Modern Raja" & Kinship Rights: If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us.
Social Media & Usage Rights: By tagging Dey & Vibe in your social media photos (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) or uploading photos to our review section, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and transferable license to use, reproduce, and display these photos in our advertising, website, email marketing, and social media channels without any compensation to you.

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

- No Warranty of Accuracy: The Vibe Assistant is an automated tool that may produce inaccurate or "hallucinated" information. Its responses regarding sizing, fabric care, or stock availability are for reference only and do not constitute a binding guarantee.
- Official Information Prevails: In the event of a discrepancy between the AI Chatbot and our official Product Descriptions, Size Charts, or Policies listed on the website, the website text shall always prevail.
- Limitation of Liability: Dey & Vibe is not liable for any purchase decisions, damages, or inconveniences caused by reliance on information provided by the Vibe Assistant.
