Shipping Policy

At Dey & Vibe, we treat every order with the "Cotton Covenant" of care. We do not rush perfection, but we ensure your package leaves our Kolkata facility in pristine condition.
1. SHIPPING COSTS
We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your "Vibe" arrives safely.
Domestic Shipping (India):
Orders above ₹999: FREE Shipping.
Orders below ₹999: A flat shipping fee of ₹50 applies.
Cash on Delivery (COD): We do not offer Cash on Delivery at this time. All orders must be prepaid via our secure payment gateway.
International Shipping:
We ship globally. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the package.
Customs & Duties: Please note that for international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and must be paid upon delivery.
2. DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIMELINES
Dispatch Time:
Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
Note: During this time, your item undergoes our strict Quality Control check and video-recorded packaging process.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Metro Cities: 4 - 6 Business Days.
Rest of India / Remote Areas: 7 - 10 Business Days.
International: 10 - 15 Business Days (subject to customs clearance).
Timelines are estimates. While we aim for speed, we are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or public holidays.
3. UNSERVICEABLE PINCODES
While we strive to cover every corner of the map, there are certain pincodes that our courier partners cannot service.
We reserve the right to cancel your order if your pincode is unserviceable.
In such cases, we will notify you immediately and process a full refund to your original payment method.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with your unique Tracking ID and a link to track your package's journey.
5. NON-DELIVERY & RETURN TO ORIGIN (RTO)
If our courier partner attempts delivery (usually 3 attempts) and is unable to deliver due to:
Incorrect or incomplete address provided by you.
Customer not available/unreachable.
The package will be returned to our warehouse (RTO). In this scenario, we will issue a Store Credit for the value of the items. We do not offer cash refunds for RTO shipments caused by customer unavailability.
6. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT (THE COURIER CLAUSE)
Since we have video proof that every item leaves our facility in perfect condition, any damage typically occurs during transit. To claim a replacement for a package damaged by the courier:
Mandatory Proof: You must record an Unboxing Video starting from the moment you cut the courier bag/seal. The video must clearly show the unopened label and the damage found inside.
Reporting: You must email this video to deyandvibe@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Resolution: Upon verification of the video, we will send a Replacement free of charge. Without an unboxing video, we cannot claim insurance from our courier partner, and therefore cannot offer you a resolution.
