  • B. Chat Data (The "Vibe Assistant"): If you interact with our on-site AI Chatbot ("Vibe Assistant"), we collect and store the transcripts of your conversation. This includes any information you voluntarily provide to the bot (e.g., your size preferences, style questions, or order details).
  • C. Device Information (Automated Collection): When you browse our store, we automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address, browser type, and time zone. We use cookies and pixels to track usage patterns.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to:

  1. Fulfill Your Order: Processing payments, arranging for shipping, and providing invoices.
  2. Communication: Sending order updates, tracking links, and support responses via Email or WhatsApp.
  3. AI Service Improvement: The text you enter into the "Vibe Assistant" is processed to provide you with instant answers regarding sizing, styling, and order status.
  4. Screen for Risk: To verify orders for potential fraud.
  5. Marketing: With your permission, sending you emails or messages about new prints and exclusive offers.

3. CONSENT

How do you get my consent? When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, or arrange for a delivery, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

AI Chatbot Consent: By using the "Vibe Assistant" chat feature, you explicitly consent to the processing of your conversation data by our third-party AI providers (e.g., Google) for the purpose of generating responses.

How do I withdraw my consent? If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you by emailing us at hello@deyandvibe.com.

4. GOOGLE SSO & THIRD-PARTY AUTHENTICATION

If you choose to log in, create an account, or authenticate with our services using your Google account (Single Sign-On), we will receive access to your basic profile information (such as your name and email address) as permitted by you and Google.

  • Limited Use Requirements: Dey & Vibe's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will strictly adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
  • Google Workspace APIs: We do not request, access, or store restricted Google Workspace data (such as your private Gmail, Google Drive, or Calendar). Our OAuth scopes are strictly limited to basic identity verification (`email`, `profile`, `openid`) to facilitate seamless login.
  • Data Retention & Deletion: The Google profile information retrieved during SSO authentication is used exclusively for account creation and login on our platform. It is not shared, sold, or distributed to external marketing agencies. You may request complete deletion of your account and associated Google SSO data at any time by contacting the Grievance Officer.

5. DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES

We do not sell your personal data. However, we share your information with trusted third parties strictly to operate our business:

  • Cloud Infrastructure & Hosting: Our website is a custom-built platform. We share encrypted data with our cloud hosting providers strictly to maintain website performance and security.
  • AI Processors: We use third-party AI services (e.g., Google Gemini) to power the "Vibe Assistant." Your chat inputs are sent to these providers to generate intelligent responses.
  • Payment Gateways: We use Razorpay (which supports UPI, PhonePe, and Cards) to securely process your transactions. We do not store your banking details or UPI IDs; they are handled directly by these secure financial processors.
  • Logistics Partners: We must share your Name, Address, and Phone Number with courier services (e.g., Shiprocket, Delhivery) to deliver your package.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so (e.g., GST audits or cyber-crime investigations) or if you violate our Terms of Service.

6. DATA SECURITY

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices.

Chat Security: Please do not share sensitive personal information (such as passwords, credit card numbers, or health data) within the AI Chatbot window.

7. COOKIES

We use cookies to maintain your session and cart contents. You can choose to disable cookies through your browser settings, but this may affect your ability to use the checkout function.
